This Privacy Policy regulates the provisions regarding the use of information and documents shared by the parties who have concluded the User Agreement with Davetiy (“Member, Event Owner”) during their use of the personalized invitation creation and sending system (“Website”) offered by Davetiy.

As a member, our top priority is to protect and maintain the confidentiality of information provided by Members and Event Hosts during the membership process and during use of the Website. Therefore, information provided by Members and Event Hosts and shared on the Website will not be used for any purpose other than those specified in the User Agreement, nor will it be shared with third parties.

Davetiy processes personal data shared on its website in accordance with the relevant legislation, acting as a "data processor" within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. Davetiy processes personal data within the scope set forth in the relevant legislation,

personal data is not processed unlawfully,
personal data should not be accessed unlawfully and
In order to ensure the protection of personal data, it takes the necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure an appropriate level of security and carries out the necessary audits.
Davetiy cannot disclose the personal data it obtains about Members, Event Owners, Users and other third parties to anyone else in violation of this Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, and cannot use it for purposes other than those for which it was processed.

Davetiy may change this Privacy Policy at any time by notifying you through the Website or by email. The provisions of the Privacy Policy amended by Davetiy shall become effective on the date of notification.
